The short answer
RYNR Media is Christian Reiniger, a Kelowna-based Airbnb photographer. I shoot Airbnb, Vrbo and short-term rental photos across Kelowna, West Kelowna, Lake Country, Peachland, Vernon and Big White. Airbnb photography starts at $150 CAD, drone is included free with photos, and photos are delivered within 24 hours. Call or text 587-596-5241.
What makes Airbnb photos book
Guests scroll past dozens of Kelowna listings in a few seconds. The photos have to win the click in search, then answer their questions before they message you.
The cover photo
Your first photo is your ad in Airbnb search. It should show the best thing about the stay, whether that's the lake view, the hot tub or the living space, and still read at thumbnail size.
The amenities guests filter for
Hot tub, pool, BBQ, coffee bar, workspace, parking, games. If guests search for it, it needs a clear photo of its own.
Every bed and bathroom
Families and groups count beds. Each bedroom and bathroom gets a clean, true-to-size shot so there are no surprises at check-in.
The setting
Lake, vineyard, beach or ski hill. Drone shots show how close the rental is to what guests came to the Okanagan for.

Big White and ski rentals
Ski guests book on access. For Big White chalets and condos, I can add a set of 3 annotated ski-access graphics for $110: the closest runs and lifts outlined on an aerial with a legend, a top-down ski-in/ski-out path from your door, and a deck photo labelled with the run. Travel to Big White is a flat $120 per trip, charged once even when I shoot several units that day. Winter weather can affect exteriors and drone, so we'll pick a clear window.
Refreshes and extras
Refresh shoots
Moved the furniture, redid a room or want summer and winter versions? For units I've already shot: interior refresh $119, full refresh (interior and exterior) $149.
AI twilight and snow edits
AI twilight exteriors for $10 per image, or AI snow for $15 per image when the real snow hasn't arrived yet.
Graphics and AI edits are delivered within 72 hours.
