How much does real estate photography cost in Kelowna?

Real estate photography with RYNR Media starts at $150 CAD. Cinematic listing video starts at $249, an iGUIDE 3D tour at $125, and drone from $99. Drone is included free when booked with photography or video. Final quotes depend on the size of the property — see the pricing page.

How much is an iGUIDE 3D tour in Kelowna?

iGUIDE tours start at $125 CAD. The final price depends on the home's square footage, so larger homes are quoted directly. Every iGUIDE includes the 3D walkthrough and a floor plan with measurements. More on the iGUIDE page.

How much does Airbnb photography cost in the Okanagan?

Airbnb photography starts at $150 CAD and Airbnb video at $249. Hosts with more than one property can contact me for a multi-property discount. See Airbnb photography in Kelowna.

Do you photograph homes in West Kelowna, Vernon and Lake Country?

Yes. West Kelowna, Lake Country and Vernon are part of regular coverage, along with Peachland, Summerland, Penticton and Big White. See the West Kelowna, Vernon and Lake Country pages.

Is drone photography legal near Kelowna airport?

Much of Kelowna sits near YLW's controlled airspace, and regional parks restrict drone take-offs. Every flight is checked against NAV CANADA airspace rules before the shoot, and if a flight isn't permitted, you'll know before the shoot day.

Who will actually shoot my listing?

In most cases Christian Reiniger, the owner of RYNR Media, plans and shoots the job. For bigger projects he brings in a couple of trusted Kelowna real estate media pros. Either way, you book with Christian directly.

What areas do you serve?

Kelowna is the primary base, with regular coverage from Vernon down to Penticton — including West Kelowna, Lake Country, Peachland, Summerland, and Big White. For the right project, travel as far as Osoyoos or Kamloops can be arranged.

How do I book a shoot?

Reach out through the Contact / Book page with the property or product, the date you're thinking of, and what you need — photography, video, iGUIDE, drone, or a bundle. Every project is quoted directly, so expect a reply with pricing and available times.

How long does it take to get my photos back?

Photos are delivered within 24 hours, iGUIDE tours within 48 hours, and video within 72–120 hours.

Do you offer drone photography and video?

Yes. Drone is available as an add-on, and is included free when bundled with real estate photography or cinematic video packages. See the pricing page for details.

What happens if the weather doesn't cooperate?

Drone flights and exterior shots depend on safe, clear conditions. If weather affects a scheduled shoot, we'll work together to reschedule the affected portion as quickly as possible.

Do I need to be at the property during the shoot?

Not necessarily — many real estate and Airbnb shoots happen with a lockbox or keyless entry once access is confirmed ahead of time. For product shoots, walking through the brief beforehand is usually enough.

What's included in an iGUIDE tour?

An iGUIDE tour includes an interactive 3D walkthrough of the property along with an accurate floor plan, both of which can be shared directly with buyers or embedded on a listing page.

Do you offer discounts for multiple Airbnb properties?

Yes — reach out for a quote if you're booking media for more than one short-term rental property.

What do I receive after the shoot, and how?

Final photos and video are delivered digitally through an online gallery or download link, sized and formatted for MLS listings, Airbnb, social media, or web use as needed.

Do you travel outside the Okanagan?

For the right project, yes. Reach out with the location and details and we'll talk through what's possible.
