The short answer
RYNR Media is Christian Reiniger, a real estate photographer based in Kelowna, BC. I shoot listing photos, cinematic video, drone and iGUIDE 3D tours for realtors across Kelowna and the Okanagan. Real estate photography starts at $150 CAD, and photos are delivered within 24 hours. Call or text 587-596-5241.
Why listing photos matter in Kelowna
Most buyers see your listing on a phone first. The photos decide whether they tap in, book a showing or keep scrolling. A bright kitchen, a living room that feels as big as it is, and a lake or mountain view that actually shows up on screen do more for a listing than any line of copy.
Kelowna listings also have a lot to show outside the walls: the view, the pool, the yard, how close the home is to the lake or the vineyards. That's why every real estate shoot can include drone, and why exteriors are planned around the light.

More homes in the portfolio.

Turnaround
Photos are delivered within 24 hours of the shoot, so a Tuesday shoot can be live on MLS by Wednesday. iGUIDE tours take up to 48 hours, AI twilight edits and graphics up to 72 hours, and cinematic video 72–120 hours. Listing tomorrow? Rush real estate photography delivers photos within 8 hours.
Getting the home ready
Clear the counters, turn on every light, open the blinds, hide cords and personal items, and move cars off the driveway. Share the listing photo prep checklist with your sellers a few days before the shoot. If the sellers can't be home, lockbox access works fine.
Where I shoot
I'm based in Kelowna, BC, and I shoot real estate across the Okanagan: West Kelowna, Lake Country, Peachland, Vernon, Summerland, Penticton and Big White. Any travel cost is confirmed upfront in your quote. Selling a condo or a lakefront home? See condo photography and luxury home photography.
Also listing a rental?
If your client is buying an investment property or you manage short-term rentals, see Airbnb photography in Kelowna. Those shoots are planned around the cover photo, the amenities guests filter for and the turnover schedule.

Real estate photography questions
How much is real estate photography in Kelowna?
Real estate photography with RYNR Media starts at $150 CAD before GST. Drone is included free when you book it with photos or video. The final price depends on the size of the home and any add-ons, and it is quoted before the shoot.
How fast are listing photos delivered?
Within 24 hours of the shoot. If you need them the same day, rush real estate photography delivers within 8 hours in Kelowna and West Kelowna.
Are the photos MLS-ready?
Yes. Files are sized and formatted for MLS, listing sites and social media.
Who will actually shoot my listing?
In most cases Christian Reiniger, the owner of RYNR Media, plans and shoots the job. For bigger projects he brings in a couple of trusted Kelowna real estate media pros. Either way, you book with Christian directly.
Do the sellers need to be home?
No. Many shoots happen with a lockbox or keyless entry once access is confirmed ahead of time.
What if the weather is bad on shoot day?
Drone flights and exteriors need safe, clear conditions. If the weather affects a scheduled shoot, we'll reschedule the affected part as quickly as possible.
Can you fly a drone near Kelowna airport?
Much of Kelowna sits near YLW's controlled airspace. Every flight is checked against NAV CANADA airspace rules before the shoot, and if a flight isn't permitted, you'll know before the shoot day.
How do I book?
Send the address, rough square footage, list date and what you need through the quote form on the Contact / Book page, or call or text 587-596-5241. You'll get a quote and available times.
