The short answer
For high-end Kelowna and Okanagan listings, the photos have to sell the view, the setting and the finishes, not just the rooms. I shoot luxury homes with twilight exteriors, aerials and cinematic video. Pricing starts at $150 for photos and $249 for video, and larger homes are quoted directly.
What a luxury listing usually needs
- Twilight exterior photography with interior lights on, so the house glows against the sky
- Aerials that show the lake frontage, the lot, the views and the distance to the water (drone)
- Detail shots of finishes, millwork, wine rooms and outdoor kitchens
- A cinematic walkthrough video for the listing and social (listing video)
- An iGUIDE tour and floor plan for out-of-town buyers

Pricing
Photography from $150, video from $249, iGUIDE from $125, drone from $99 (free when bundled). Large and luxury homes take longer on site, so they're quoted directly after you send the address and square footage.
Planning the shoot
Twilight needs a clear window around sunset, and drone needs calm weather and legal airspace. I'll suggest a date and time based on which way the home faces. Use the prep checklist before the shoot.

How booking works
Booked in three easy steps.
- Send the details
The address or town, rough square footage, the date you want and what you need. Use the quote form, or call or text 587-596-5241.
- Get your quote and a time
I reply with a price and open shoot times. Lockbox or keyless access is fine, so you don't need to be there.
- Photos in 24 hours
After the shoot, your MLS-ready photos land in an online gallery within 24 hours. Video takes 72–120 hours.
Questions
Do you do twilight photos in Kelowna?
Yes. Twilight shoots are scheduled around sunset. Ask when you request a quote.
How much is luxury home photography?
Photography starts at $150 CAD. Luxury homes are quoted directly based on size and the services you choose.
Can you fly a drone over lakefront homes?
Usually yes, subject to weather and airspace. Some areas near YLW or regional parks need authorization or can't be flown, and I'll tell you ahead of time.
Who will actually shoot the property?
In most cases Christian Reiniger, the owner of RYNR Media, plans and shoots the job. For bigger projects he brings in a couple of trusted Kelowna real estate media pros. Either way, you book with Christian directly.
