Overview
These terms govern the use of rynrmedia.com and any photography, video, or related services booked with RYNR Media ("we," "us," "our"). By using this site or booking a project, you agree to these terms.
Bookings and quotes
Every project is quoted directly based on the property, product, scope, and location. A quote is not a confirmed booking until both parties have agreed on the date, scope, and price.
Access and site conditions
Clients are responsible for ensuring safe, reasonable access to the property or product being photographed at the agreed time, and for disclosing any conditions (pets, hazards, restricted areas) that could affect the shoot.
Weather and rescheduling
Drone flights and exterior photography depend on safe weather conditions. If a shoot is affected by weather or other conditions outside our control, we'll work with you to reschedule the affected portion as soon as reasonably possible.
Payment
Payment terms are confirmed at the time of booking. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due upon receipt.
Cancellations
We ask for as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a booked shoot. Cancellations made with limited notice may be subject to a fee to cover reserved time and any non-refundable costs already incurred.
Image and video usage rights
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivered photos and video are licensed to the client for use in marketing and promoting the specific property, product, or listing they were captured for (including MLS, social media, and web use). RYNR Media retains copyright in the underlying images and may use them for portfolio and marketing purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Revisions
Reasonable revision requests related to editing or selects are welcomed within a reasonable time after delivery. Requests for entirely new coverage are treated as a new booking.
Liability
RYNR Media carries out shoots with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the amount paid for that project.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page.
