The short answer
Condo listings live or die on the view, the light and the amenities. I photograph Kelowna condos and townhomes, from Downtown and the Pandosy/South Pandosy area to West Kelowna, with listing photos from $150 delivered within 24 hours. An iGUIDE floor plan from $125 helps buyers see how the layout works.
What I capture in a condo
- Every room, shot wide but true to scale. No fisheye
- The view from the balcony and the main living area
- Building amenities like the pool, gym, rooftop and lobby, where the strata allows it
- A floor plan with room dimensions (iGUIDE), which is especially useful for smaller units
- Optional exterior aerial of the building and neighbourhood
Strata and building access
Amenity shots usually need permission from the building manager or strata. Please arrange access and let me know any time restrictions. I'll work within the building rules.
Pricing

Questions
How much is condo photography in Kelowna?
From $150 CAD for listing photos.
Can you photograph the building amenities?
Yes, once the building manager or strata has approved access.
Is a floor plan worth it for a condo?
For many condos, yes. Buyers compare layouts, and the iGUIDE floor plan includes room dimensions.
Who will actually shoot the property?
In most cases Christian Reiniger, the owner of RYNR Media, plans and shoots the job. For bigger projects he brings in a couple of trusted Kelowna real estate media pros. Either way, you book with Christian directly.
What happens if the weather doesn't cooperate?
Drone flights and exteriors depend on safe, clear conditions. If weather affects a scheduled shoot, we'll reschedule the affected part as quickly as possible.
